Why can't I see prices?
Pricing and stock are visible to approved trade accounts only. This protects wholesale margins — yours included — from retail buyers and competitors.
Who can get an account?
Registered businesses in the pet trade: shops, resellers, distributors, professional breeders. We verify every application manually.
Is there a minimum order?
No formal minimum for approved accounts. In practice, live-animal shipping costs make larger consolidated orders the economical choice — that's the whole point of one supplier, one shipment.
Ordering & payment
Why is there no instant checkout?
Because live animals aren't printer cartridges. Every request is confirmed for availability first, then you get a proforma invoice, then a payment link. You pay for exactly what ships.
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Bank transfer or Wise. Proformas are issued in EUR or USD — your choice.
How fast do you respond to order requests?
Within 1 business day.
Shipping & live arrival
Do you really ship worldwide?
Yes — we are a worldwide exporter with full documentation handled: CITES permits, USFWS for the US, customs brokerage. Some destinations require an import permit on your side; we'll tell you exactly what's needed.
What if animals arrive dead?
Every consignment is professionally packed and shipped in safe weather windows. In the rare case of DOA, contact us right away with photos — we resolve claims case by case, fairly and fast. A detailed written policy is coming to the Shipping & Live Arrival page.
Why is my shipment on hold for weather?
Extreme heat or frost on the route kills animals. We ship in safe windows — a short delay beats a dead consignment.
Animals & documentation
Are the animals captive-bred?
Yes — captive-bred stock with documented origin, from two established breeders. Species are listed under full Latin names, sexing stated honestly where determined.
Do you offer CITES-listed species?
Yes — our range includes species listed under EU Annex B (CITES Appendix II). Export permits are obtained per shipment and handled by us; that's standard workflow here, not an exception.
Do I get paperwork for legal resale?
Yes: commercial invoice, and where applicable CITES documentation and origin declarations. Reselling without papers is a risk for your business — that's exactly what we solve.
Can you get species that aren't in the catalog?
Ask — we cooperate with a wide network of breeders, so we can often try to source what you need. No promises until we confirm availability, but it costs nothing to ask.
