How wholesale works
We run a verified-trade model: pricing and stock are visible to approved business customers only, and every order is confirmed before you pay. No blind checkout — and because you're buying from a worldwide exporter, no surprises at customs.
1. Apply for access
Fill in the application form — business name, country, tax/VAT ID and a short profile of what you do (shop, reseller, breeder). Takes two minutes.
2. We verify and approve
Every account is reviewed manually. We check that you're a genuine trade buyer — this protects wholesale pricing for everyone on the platform. You'll get a confirmation email once your account is active — typically within 1 business day.
3. Browse stock and pricing
Log in to see the full combined catalog: species (full Latin names), sizes, sexing where determined, and wholesale prices. Stock levels are kept current by both source breeders.
4. Place your request
Build your order in the cart and submit it. This is a purchase request, not an instant checkout — live animals deserve an availability check before money moves. We confirm every position by email within 1 business day.
5. Proforma and payment
Once availability is confirmed, you receive a proforma invoice with final pricing, shipping cost and payment details — in EUR or USD, whichever suits your business. Payment by bank transfer or Wise. You pay for exactly what ships.
6. Documentation and shipping
We prepare the export side: CITES permits where applicable, health documentation, customs paperwork and broker coordination. Your consignment ships within the agreed window, packed to professional live-shipping standard.
Good to know
- No minimum order for approved accounts. In practice, international live-animal shipping costs make consolidated, larger orders the economical choice — which is exactly why one supplier with full selection beats five small ones.
- Import requirements on your side: some destinations require an import permit issued to your business. We'll tell you exactly what's needed for your country during order confirmation.
